Dancefloor Temptation

Your shining cat-eyes strangle my reason
And catches my silver-tipped tongue
Which longs to sing in this cold dark season
To a love that shall outshine the silent sun.
Your smile sends a shiver all down my spine
Till my aching heart must melt before you
And let all these restless passions unwind
And you see just how I do adore you.
O come, soft love, on this shivering night
With your burning body gently curving
In the pale glow of the cool moonlight;
To you I feel my heart swiftly swerving.
The night is on us, come now tame this fire,
For your beauty alone burns my desire.
