The Noble Qur’an

In reverent awe I place my hand
Upon a sacred book of prayer and song
The Word of GOD, the Noble Qur’an

Just a murmur of it instills the calm
Etched within His most beautiful names
All to which we do submit in Islam

The beast of vice His words do tame
And the Natural Law of Earth becomes clear
With every piece o’th Prophets’ puzzle game

With their hand in mine I shall not fear
For I know where lies the Gates of Paradise
Above Jerusalem, past the Holy Frontier

As the sun and moon rein over the sky
Let ALLAH hear His multitude cry
His name as Lord of Heaven and Earth
Let His word fill every heart alive

Every cure for every spiritual hurt
Is found in the Prophet’s holiest work
